The Bead Project is a program of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, The Women of Pader Uganda. We partner with women artisans in Northern Uganda who create handmade, fair trade, ethically sourced jewelry using traditional techniques and locally sourced materials.
All artisans are paid upfront for their work, ensuring a reliable and dignified income that supports their families and community. 100% of proceeds from The Bead Project are reinvested into our nonprofit programs that support holistic care, entrepreneurship, education, spiritual development, and long-term sustainability in a post-conflict region.
